Snack for diabetes patient


Eat meal at least 3 to 4 hours apart
30 minutes daily walk
A hand full of nuts:Almond walnut and peanuts 
Egg(6.29g)
Carrots,cheery, tomatoes, cucumber slices.
Popcorn
Roasted chicken peas
Sliced apple and peanut butter
Sugar free yougart
Seeds: sunflower and pumpkin seeds in the evening 
The time difference between breakfast and dinner should be almost 10 to 12 hours
